National University of Singapore (NTU) is offering  five  awards for RULE undergraduates to study at NUS, Singapore under the TF LEaRN Program for one semester from August to December 2015.

Eligible applicants must be:
     a. undergraduates studying in year 2 or year 3 at the time of applying in any major
     b. within the top 10% of their cohort in academic performance;
     c. good command of English;
     d. interested in community service.

Interested undergraduates must register online for an English Test administered by English Language Institute (ELI) no later than Sunday 2nd  March  2014. The English Test will be conducted on the 07th  March  2014  at 2.00 pm  in Hall B and students must bring their student ID card to show their identity.

*PS: Please register your name one time only, otherwise your name will be automatically deleted by the system. Students who have already registered for the 7th TF LEaRN Program 2014-2015 at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) ARE NOT ALLOWED to register.
